In order to register and use the ln999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ln999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time, including at the point of registration, withdrawal request, or where there is reasonable suspicion of ineligibility.

- You must be a natural person of full legal capacity. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on a player's behalf are not permitted.

- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each eligible player may register one account only. ln999 implements technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent duplicate accounts. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the ln999 platform.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
- You must notify ln999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ln999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
- ln999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time (KYC process). You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension pending verification.
- ln999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, abuse of promotions, or any activity that may cause harm to ln999 or other players.
- Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure in accordance with ln999's dormant account policy as notified to you by email.
All financial transactions on ln999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform. ln999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited funds.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically credited within hours of approval during Bangladesh business hours (09:00–21:00 BST).
- ln999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity (KYC), proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declaration.
- Funds deposited in error or as a result of a system error must be reported to ln999 immediately. ln999 reserves the right to recover any funds credited to an account in error, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the payment page at the time of the transaction. These amounts are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current minimum deposit is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad.
ln999 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each offer and displayed before you accept the bonus.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration outside the platform.
- ln999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, systematic exploitation, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any winnings derived from the bonus in question may be voided.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the ln999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and permanent exclusion from the platform. ln999 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Opening or operating more than one account on ln999, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for any purpose including circumventing a self-exclusion or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
- Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them as ostensibly legitimate gaming proceeds.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the ln999 platform, including its games, payment systems, security infrastructure, or communication channels.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction. This includes impersonating another person or using another person's payment method or identity documents.

- Where ln999's liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, ln999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- ln999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any content on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional information. All platform content is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
ln999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
